Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  Once the order is received, we will contact our suppliers and confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 14 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.  Some brands are listed as taking longer to ship out, please note those orders are handled separately from this process.

Order Shipment:

If your item is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card and it will ship within 14 business days from the date of your order. We will send you the tracking information for your purchase within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. Some orders may take longer (4-6 weeks) to ship out, please see specific items/brands for more information.  If you have questions please contact us at orders@hydroponicsstation.com.

Damages:

Once you receive your order, please inspect all items immediately for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you notice any damage please make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos with descriptions to returns@hydroponicsstation.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. All brands we work with stand behind their products and will work to correct any order issues.

Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges:

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for verifying the brand will accept the return (as listed under the Brand Specific Returns page) and will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. You (the buyer) must contact Hydroponics Station for the proper return address and packing information and also provide Hydroponics Station with the tracking information. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing the order.  If you decide to cancel, return, or exchange your order you will be charged a 15% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. 

Bulk Orders:

Partial bulk orders cannot be cancelled or returned for full refunds, it will be a partial refund accordingly.

Shipping Policy:

• No sales or shipping to countries, states, provinces, counties, or cities where items are prohibited
• No sales or shipping to minors, or to adults intending to distribute or resell items to minors
• All customers are responsible for knowing and following the laws for which they reside.  It is always the responsibility of the customer to only order items permissible in your area.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our competitors website within 14 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee

• Special promotion prices are not eligible for a price match

• The item must be in stock on the competitors website and have the same US manufacturer's warranty, model number, and contain the same components.
  

• The competitor cannot have a physical location and must be an online retailer only

• We do not offer price match for discounter or auction websites (ie; eBay, Overstock, Jet, Let Go, etc..)

• The competitor must be an Authorized US Retailer of the product in question

• The Price Match Guarantee applies only to the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
