As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once the order is received, we will contact our suppliers and confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 14 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Some brands are listed as taking longer to ship out, please note those orders are handled separately from this process.
If your item is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card and it will ship within 14 business days from the date of your order. We will send you the tracking information for your purchase within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. Once you receive your order, please inspect all items immediately for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you notice any damage please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos with descriptions to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. All brands we work with stand behind their products and will work to correct any order issues.
Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges:
If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for verifying the brand will accept the return (as listed under the Brand Specific Returns page) and will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. You (the buyer) must contact Hydroponics Station for the proper return address and packing information and also provide Hydroponics Station with the tracking information. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing the order. If you decide to cancel, return, or exchange your order you will be charged a 15% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
Partial bulk orders cannot be cancelled or returned for full refunds, it will be a partial refund accordingly.
