Hydroponics Station Cancellations & Refunds:

If you decide to cancel, return, exchange, or refuse delivery of your order you will be charged a 15% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for verifying the brand will accept the return (as listed under the Brand Specific Returns page below) and will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  You (the buyer) must contact Hydroponics Station for the proper return address and packing information and also provide Hydroponics Station with the tracking information. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when your order was placed.

Rosin Bags &  Parchment Paper are non-refundable due to the nature of the items.

Amare Technology: Warranty: SolarSPEC™ grow lights come with a 5-year limited bumper-to-bumper warranty against defects in materials or workmanship with complimentary return shipping for the first 36 months.  AMARE Technology™ reserves the right to repair or replace the RMA unit for service and support including parts & labor.  Only the AMARE Technology™  5-year warranty protection provides you with direct support from SolarSPEC™ experts and the assurance that repairs will be handled by AMARE Technology™ authorized technicians using genuine AMARE Technology™ parts. Returns: Due to the nature of the electronic product and components, Amare does not offer return or exchanges

Gorilla Grow Tent: Shipping: Unless there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances, GGT orders will ship within 72 business hours from receipt of payment. Warranty and Returns: GGT warranty and returns policy consists of a 30 day money back guarantee, and a 1 Year Warranty of craftsmanship . If there is any defect, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Replacement items will be issued when we receive the defective product or product parts. Obvious physical damage, water damage, or evidence of negligent tampering voids the warranty. Within the first 30 days, Gorilla Grow Tent will accept back all products for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, for any reason, providing the products are still in saleable condition and original packaging with original receipt of purchase. Please contact returns@hydroponicsstation.com to begin this process. Cancellations Policy: When a new order is placed and payment (deposits included) has been secured, GGT immediately expends energy, time, and care toward the completion of the ordered product(s). Hydro Grow Returns: 90-Day Returns/Money Back Guarantee: All Hydro Grow LED lights come with a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you purchased a LED light and for any reason are unsatisfied within 90 days of receiving the product, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% refurbishing fee and any shipping expenses. Returns are limited to (1) LED Light per customer (no exceptions) and return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Return merchandise must be in as-new condition, in original packaging, with all appropriate power cords and hanging pieces. If any part is missing, the sender will be charged additional fees for those parts. The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48 hours of receiving and reviewing the returned merchandise. 90-Day Light Exchanges: LED light exchanges are offered within 90 days of receiving your light, and are credited at 100% of the price you paid less the original shipping cost. Exchanges are limited to (2) LED Lights per customer, and return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Returned merchandise for exchange must be in as-new condition, in original packaging, with all appropriate power cords and hanging pieces. If any part is missing or damaged, the sender will be charged additional fees for those parts or blemishes. Remaining funds will then be credited towards the the purchase of an alternate Hydro Grow LED Light or Lights.Shipping: All standard products normally ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment and are generally received within 10-14 days of placing your order.  On some occasions, products can take a maximum of 3 weeks to ship, depending on your location and inventory. All products ship in discrete cardboard boxes to ensure your privacy. Warranty: SS Platform LED Grow Lights:  5 Years. All SS LED Grow Lights including SOL, Alpha and X3 are offered with a 5-year pro-rated warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturer defects such as failed LEDs, circuit boards, fans, power supplies or accessories.  Any part that fails from normal operation (not due to customer neglect, abuse or error) is replaced free of charge during the first year.  Starting the second year, warranty parts and replacements are pro-rated based on the remaining length of the warranty.  For example during year 2 the customer will be responsible for 20% of the cost of new parts, year 3 will be 40%, year 4 will be 60% and year 5 will be 80%. The cost of shipping the parts is an additional expense that will be passed along to the customer starting Year 2. To be eligible for free replacement parts, the customer is required to submit a warranty claim. Replacement parts are shipped to the consumer for self-installation during the warranty period.  If customer is unwilling to perform the repair of their light, they may ship the light to the Repair Center at their own expense. Hydroponics Station and the manufacturer will not be liable for any damage caused by improper packaging or mishandling during the transportation of lights sent in to our facility for repair.  A $75 repair fee will be charged for any light sent in for service (no exceptions) which also covers the expense of return shipping.  Standard LED Grow Lights:  2-3 Years. All X2 LED Grow Lights are offered with a full 3-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects such as failed LEDs, circuit boards, fans, power supplies or accessories.  Replacement parts are shipped free of charge to the consumer for self-installation during the warranty period.  If customer is unwilling to perform the repair of their light, they may ship the light to the Repair Center at their own expense. Hydroponics Station and the manufacturer will not be liable for any damage caused by improper packaging or mishandling during the transportation of lights sent in to our facility for repair.  All SOL and Alpha Prototype LED Grow Lights are offered with a full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects such as failed LEDs, circuit boards, fans, power supplies or accessories.  To be eligible for free replacement parts, the customer is required to submit a warranty claim. Please contact returns@hydroponicsstation.com to begin this process.  Replacement parts are shipped free of charge to the consumer for self-installation during the warranty period.  If customer is unwilling to perform the repair of their light, they may ship the light to the Repair Center at their own expense. Hydroponics Station and the manufacturer will not be liable for any damage caused by improper packaging or mishandling during the transportation of lights sent in to our facility for repair.  

Kind: Unless there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances, orders will ship within 72 business hours from receipt of payment.  Warranty and Returns Policy consists of a 90 Day Full Warranty, 3 Year Limited. Pollen Masters: All Pollen Master machines are proudly manufactured in the United States! All machines have a 1 year warranty, are easy to clean, and feature fully accessible parts for effortless maintenance and repair. To speak to our quality of product, our demo model, built over 13 years ago is still in perfect working condition. We do not accept any returns on Pollen Masters, however defective units will be fixed with parts or replaced entirely. 

PurePressure: The Pikes Peak press comes to you crated and fully insured.  We try our best to ship all in-stock items within 3-5 business days. Every press comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects, but we fully anticipate at least 5 years of heavy operation without any major servicing.  Do to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective.  If defective, please contact us with the details of the product and the defect.

Rosin Tech Products: All presses come with a one year warranty, which begins upon product delivery. During the one year warranty we will supply parts free of charge, for anything that breaks. If the press is damaged beyond repair and requires a return, we will cover the cost of shipping and send out a new machine. No returns on Rosin tech Products are permitted per manufacturer.

SHO IndustriesLifetime warranty. Parts supplied free of charge. If the damage is beyond repair, we will cover the cost of shipping and send out a new machine. No returns on SHO Industries products are permitted per manufacturer.

SuperCloset/SuperPonic Returns: Item must be securely packed in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING your system came in. Please DO NOT throw away the original packaging your material came in. Enclose a copy of the invoice that arrived in the manila envelope. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. For a system return, the manufacturer will create the bill of lading and make the shipping arrangements. We will then issue the credit minus the cost of shipping both ways.  Contact Hydroponics Station at returns@hydroponicsstation before you ship the return package for the correct shipping address. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 5-10 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.  Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded. *ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 6% RE-STOCKING FEE Warranty Replacement Policy and Procedure: SuperCloset systems have a 3-year warranty on most components and craftsmanship.  Many of the components included in SuperCloset systems have warranties per the originating manufacturer.  Light bulbs include a 3 month warranty.  Listed below are the steps involved in submitting a request for warranty replacement.  Contact a Hydroponics Station representative at info@hydroponicsstation.com. The representative will either attempt to assist in troubleshooting, request photos showing damages, or ask for additional information. If the part in question is faulty and not fixable, the customer will need to send it back to the warehouse. (Representative will specify the address.) **The shipping fee to the facility will be covered by the customer.**  Once the warehouse receives the faulty component it will be examined and either be refurbished or replaced.  If the part proves to be functioning appropriately, the same component will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.  Any faulty component needing replacement will be sent back to the specified customer shipping address.**SuperCloset will cover the return shipping fee.** Damage Policy and Procedure: Currently damages to shipments occur less than 1% of the time.  In the unfortunate event that damages due occur, the following procedure and timeline must be followed in order to ensure the expeditious delivery of a replacement system and a claim being filed with the damaging carrier. When customer receives their SuperCloset system, the external packaging must be inspected for any rips, tears, punctures, abrasions, creases, or any marks that may indicate damage on the interior. Customer will then inspect contents alongside the delivering driver. Significant damages should be refused by customer and signed for by driver.  Light cosmetic damages or component damages not affecting the greater system may be accepted by customer and acknowledged and signed for by driver. Damages not noticed and seen with driver present may still be claimed as concealed damages. Hydroponics Station MUST BE NOTIFIED OF THE DAMAGES (concealed or signed for) WITHIN 48 HOURS IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY BEGIN A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.  Customers exceeding this time frame may be penalized with a delay to the shipment of a replacement system, and/or financial penalties. The assigned representative will require pictures and a description of the damages. Once the required pictures and description are received, a pick up of the damaged system, and the shipment of a replacement system will be scheduled.  Provided that all of the above requirements are met, we will make every effort to send a replacement system within 72 hours.  However, extenuating circumstances may prevent 100% adherence to this policy. Damages occurring during product back orders, high volume periods, holidays, or for other reasons may take additional time to deliver. Shipping: Unless there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances, SUPERPONICS orders will ship within 72 business hours from ordering.  The average lead time for SuperCloset cabinets is approximately 2 to 4 weeks as it is custom built-to-order.

Trippy Hippy Returns: Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted. Warranty: Please be aware that our rosin presses come with a 6 month warranty on parts which begin on the day that the press has been dispatched. During those 6 months, your warranty covers the parts and we will ship these out to you free of charge. In the odd circumstance that your press arrives damaged beyond repair, one of our representatives will send you a return label and replace that press with a brand new one. Shipping: Item will ship as soon as possible after shipping, for North America packages are usually received within 2-3 weeks.

We make every attempt to update these policies when the manufacturer provides updated information.  We will always defer to the most recent policies the manufacturer has in place at the time of refund, exchange, or cancellation.
